First beer and meal of the trip. At Tocabe, an American Indian restaurant, for a fry bread taco with bison, chili beans, all the toppings, chipotle sauce. Nicely complemented by Crazy Mountain Brewery’s Amber Ale (brewed in Edwards, CO).
